Dear Ladies,

First of all I have to say, "wow" have we ever been encouraged and challenged by our two beloved pastors!
I am so thankful for their messages from God's
Holy  Word.

I've also been encouraged and challenged in the Bible study I'm doing in my home.  I'm in "awe" of God ---how He led us to this study, and the ladies He has
brought together.  The study has been humbling.  It's a process.  It takes a deep trust and faith in God to be "REAL. "  But, along with that comes a great freedom to be "ME." It's continually allowing the Word of God to define my identity and allowing my intimacy with Christ to determine my character.

Also, as I continue to learn and understand more of my identity "IN CHRIST,"  I can know how to be real and show God's love to others. Being who I am "IN CHRIST" -not, how I think I should be, or even how others think I should be.  It is a process.  In that process, can come pain, trials, struggles, a testing of your faith -but always hope.  Hope because God is always there.  Hebrews 13:5, "He'll never leave me nor forsake me."

It is a process to conform to the image of His Son.  Galatians 2:20,
"I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me."  A daily dying to self, my ways, my wants.  Luke 9:23, "If anyone would come after Me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow Me. "  A process!!  Easy?  Not at all. Philippians 4:13, "I can do everything through Him Who gives me strength."

Is there any other way?  In John 14:6, Jesus says, "I
Am the way and the truth and the life."
Let's remember each of us is in
a process and to encourage each other to grow in the grace and knowledge or our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  (ll Peter 3:18)

ONE DAY, ONE SECOND, ONE STEP AT A
TIME.

It's a process!

 Love in Christ,

 Penny Carda
