Doctrine

The Bible
We believe that the Bible is the verbally inspired Word of God.

The Godhead
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons:  Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The Lord Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God , virgin born, sinless, that He died for man's sins, rose again, ascended to heaven, intercedes for us and will personally return in power and glory.

The Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin and indwells, guides and empowers the believer through faith.

Salvation
We believe that salvation (the new birth) comes through a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as savior and Lord "by turning from sin to God through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ."  It is a gift of God.

Lifestyle
We believe that a victorious Christian life is a life totally committed to Jesus Christ where the Holy Spirit is allowed to completely control and empower our lives for service.

The Church and It's Purpose and Mission
We believe the great commission as the primary mission of the church, i.e., to equip the church for the ministry of holding forth the gospel wherever they go.  We believe in the importance of a believer's baptism by immersion, the prayerful observance of the Lord's Supper in remembrance of Christ's death, to be always careful to live godly lives in the world and to pursue fellowship and seek a ministry with the people around us.
